Butter Pecan Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 3/4 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 T almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 T pecans
  • 1 T caramel sauce more for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to your favorite blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust ingredients as you wish, just reblend until it is perfect!
