Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Cups/Bars

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix the peanut butter and vanilla protein powder together in a mixing bowl.
  2. Spread into a pan to make bars, use a cookie scoop to make them into protein balls, or evenly distribute into the bottom of a muffin tin.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave safe bowl.
  4. Pour chocolate over top of the peanut butter/protein powder mixture.
  5. Put int the fridge and let harden.
  6. Enjoy!
