Method
- Mix the peanut butter and vanilla protein powder together in a mixing bowl.
- Spread into a pan to make bars, use a cookie scoop to make them into protein balls, or evenly distribute into the bottom of a muffin tin.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave safe bowl.
- Pour chocolate over top of the peanut butter/protein powder mixture.
- Put int the fridge and let harden.
