Classic Grilled Hamburger

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1-2 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

Method
 

  1. Put ground beef into a bowl. Put the Worcestershire sauce and egg in with it.
  2. Mix the beef, Worcestershire sauce, and egg together, but do not overwork.
  3. Form into 4 equal balls. Then flatten into patties.
  4. Place on the grill and cook until an internal thermometer reads 160.
