Easy Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 2/3 cup water
  • 1 2/3 cup milk
  • 3 beef boullion cubes
  • 1 T Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Brown hamburger in a large skillet. Drain the fat.
  2. Next add the liquids, bullion cubes, and Worcestershire sauce, spices and cornstarch. Mix well with the hamburger.
  3. Add the 2 1/2 cups of noodles to the skillet. Stir to coat noodles. Cover and let cook until the noodles have absorbed most of the liquids about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally so the noodles do not stick together.
  4. Let stand for a few minutes to finish thickening.
