Method
- Spray the bottom and sides of a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
- Whisk the eggs in the bowl to mix the whites with the yolk.
- Add the chopped up meats and veggies into the bowl and mix in.
- Next sprinkle with the cheese, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes. If the eggs are not set to your liking, continue baking.
- If you are meal prepping these you will be heating them again, so be sure to not overcook them.
