Egg Protein Bowl

Servings: 1 serving

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 pepper
  • 1/4 red onion
  • Handful spinach cut up
  • 1 Sausage link chopped up
  • 1 Ham slice chopped up
  • 1 slices of muenster cheese chopped up
  • 2 eggs per bowl whipped up
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Whisk the eggs in the bowl to mix the whites with the yolk.
  3. Add the chopped up meats and veggies into the bowl and mix in.
  4. Next sprinkle with the cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake at 350 for about 15 -20 minutes. If the eggs are not set to your liking, continue baking.
  6. If you are meal prepping these you will be heating them again, so be sure to not overcook them.
