First heat the grill to medium heat.
Lay out a large piece of foil.
Divide the 1.5 pounds of ground beef into 4 patties and place in the center of the foil.
Next season the meat with salt, pepper, Lawry's.
Next layer the vegetables on top of the meat, starting with the potatoes and then the vegetable mix, then sprinkle the crushed garlic on top.
Next open the can of cream of celery/mushroom and divide among the 4 foil packets.
Season as desired.
Fold the foil sides up and seal at the top to make a packet.
Place on the grill or in the oven and cook until the meat is cooked through and the potatoes are fork tender, about 45 minutes to an hour.
