Italian Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ½ head of cauliflower
  • ½ head broccoli
  • 2 large carrots
  • ¼ yellow pepper
  • 3-4 cups cooked noodles
  • ½ a bottle of Italian dressing

Method
 

  1. Boil a pot of water, add some salt for flavor.
  2. Dump in 2 cups of uncooked pasta.
  3. Boil until the noodles are cooked to al dente texture
  4. While the noodles are cooking chop up all of the vegetables. Place in large bowl. Add the cooked noodles (use package instructions to cook these). Cover with about half the bottle of Italian dressing.
  5. The noodles soak up the dressing so you may want to add more if you are serving it later or eating it as leftovers.
