In a blender, combine the berries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
Add a handful of ice cubes if you prefer a thicker, colder smoothie.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes, depending on your blender’s power.If the smoothie is too thick, add a bit more milk and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
If it’s too thin, add a few more raspberries or a couple of ice cubes and blend again.
Pour into cups and enjoy!
