Veggie Ranch Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pizza crust packet
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 – 1/2 bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 – 1/2 red onion diced
  • 5-6 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • Sliced chicken breast – optional

Method
 

  1. Make pizza crust according to package instructions.
  2. Pre-bake the crust for 5-6 minutes, while you prep the veggies.
  3. Wash and cut the vegetables.
  4. When the crust is done pre-baking, spread ranch dressing over it. Sprinkle with vegetables, and then cover with cheese.
  5. Bake until the crust is fully cooked and the cheese is starting to melt.
