Walking Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef/chicken
  • 1 taco seasoning packet or equivalent
  • Single serve Doritos packets
  • Sour cream
  • Onions
  • Black olives
  • Jalapeno peppers
  • Bell peppers
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Salsa
  • PIco de gallo
  • Shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Prepare ground meat by browning it in a frying pan. Drain the extra grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir in.
  3. While the ground beef is cooking prepare the toppings by washing and cutting any and all produce you will use.
  4. Take and cut the edge of the chip packets along the long side.
  5. Gently crush the chips.
  6. When the meat is done portion it out into the chip packets.
  7. Top with your favorite taco toppings and enjoy!
