There is nothing easier than a yogurt parfait or bowl for breakfast an easy snack! These take minutes to prepare, especially if you are putting it into a bowl instead of the tall cup.
The kids can help make these or do them on their own and they are a delicious and healthy meal for them! They can also mix and match the fruit they like to go in.
To make meal prep even faster make fruit packets and store them in the freezer. I like to use reusable baggies for this. Portion out the fruit and put in a variety of combinations so the kids can easily grab one and go with it or you have the fastest breakfast in the land at the ready!

- In a tall glass or bowl, layer the Greek yogurt, fruit, and granola.
- First put about 1/4 cup Greek yogurt down.
- Top this layer with fruit.
- Top this fruit layer with granola.
- Repeat until ingredients are gone.
