Caramel Apple Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds *optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 apple chopped divided
  • 1/2 – 1 T caramel sauce

Method
 

  1. Mix the oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, vanilla, maple syrup, cinnamon, and 2 T chopped apples in a small container.
  2. Next, top with caramel sauce and the rest of the apples.
  3. Store in the fridge for up to four days for easy meal prep.
