Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium-high heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ranch seasoning mix, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gently mix until the seasoning and ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the meat, do not overwork it.
Divide the seasoned beef mixture into four equal portions, then shape each portion into a patty, slightly larger than the hamburger buns.
Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
While the burgers are cooking, toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster until they are lightly golden brown.
Once the burgers are cooked through and the cheese is melted, remove them from the grill and assemble the burgers. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each toasted bun.
Place a burger patty with melted cheddar cheese on top of the lettuce leaf, followed by two slices of crispy bacon.
Finish assembling the burgers by adding any additional toppings you like, such as tomato slices or more lettuce.
Place the top half of the hamburger buns on each burger.
