Method
- Thinly slice the cooked chicken.
- Spread the hummus on each wrap, about 1/4 cup per wrap.
- Layer 1/4 cup lettuce, 1/4 of the tomato slices, and 1/4 of the red onions on top of hummus, then lay the chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with 1 T feta cheese.
- Fold the wrap so it will hold everything together.
