Chicken and Hummus Wrap

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup hummus make your own with this recipe
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts All Purpose Air Fryer Recipe here
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 6-8 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 of a red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese

Method
 

  1. Thinly slice the cooked chicken.
  2. Spread the hummus on each wrap, about 1/4 cup per wrap.
  3. Layer 1/4 cup lettuce, 1/4 of the tomato slices, and 1/4 of the red onions on top of hummus, then lay the chicken on top.
  4. Sprinkle with 1 T feta cheese.
  5. Fold the wrap so it will hold everything together.
  6. Enjoy!
