Method
- Lay out the wraps. Spread cream cheese equal and evenly over the tortillas.
- Place about 3 ounces of turkey slices on each of the wraps, followed by the spinach, shredded carrots, feta, apple slices, and dried cranberries. Then sprinkle the nuts on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the sides of the tortillas and roll them tightly from the bottom up.
- Wrap the finished roll in foil or parchment paper for easy portability or put in a glass lunch container.
