Method
- Peel and cut your potatoes. Then boil them in salted water until they are fork tender, meaning a fork can easily puncture the middle of the potato.
- Then drain the water off.
- Pour in the butter and milk. Then mash until smooth using a potato masher or a hand mixer.
- If they aren’t getting smooth enough add 1-2 more tablespoons of milk until you get the consistency you want!
