In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour into the skillet with the veggies and gently scramble until fluffy.
Next, warm tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave. Fill each tortilla with eggs, sausage, and sautéed veggies.
Then, sprinkle with cheese, add avocado slices, fresh cilantro, and salsa.
