Preheat oven to 325 F.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, stir together the maple syrup and cinnamon.
Drop almonds into the bowl and coat evenly.
Spread the almonds out on the cookie sheet in a single layer and bake for about 20 minutes, or until very fragrant. Keep an eye on them and stir every once in a while so they do not burn. If they look like they are burning take them out.
Sprinkle with a touch of salt right when they come out of the oven. Let cool and then store in an air tight container.
