No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed I put 1/2 a cup in my Ninja Blender and make it
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. First collect all your ingredients. As stated above, I use my Ninja blender to make my flax seeds into a powder.
  2. Then I mix all ingredients in a bowl. I use my cookie scoop to make these into balls.
  3. Next, store them in the fridge for several weeks or in the freezer for a couple of months.
