Peanut Butter Banana Roll Up

Ingredients
  

  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 T - 8 T peanut butter
  • Honey for drizzle
  • Toppings: coconut flakes berries, mini chocolate chips, granola, crushed peanuts

Method
 

  1. Place a whole wheat tortilla on a cutting board.
  2. Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the entire surface of the tortilla
  3. Sprinkle your desired toppings evenly over the peanut butter, make sure there is some peanut butter exposed or it won't stick to the banana.
  4. Peel the banana and place it on the tortilla. If the tortilla doesn't stick to the banana spread a little more peanut butter on the banana too.
  5. Place the banana on one edge of the tortilla. Roll the banana up into the tortilla.
  6. Enjoy or slice into coins.
  7. You can also freeze these for a different texture or fast meal prep.
