Method
- Take leftover roast meat and shred it.
- Put oil in a saute pan and heat it up.
- Add the sliced peppers and onions.
- Cook until they are started to get soft.
- Add the meat, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
- Stir until the meat is heated through.
- Turn off the heat.
- Next lay the 4 pieces of provolone over the top and let it melt over the meat and vegetables.
- Serve over a bed of lettuce or a hoagie bun.
