Method
- Preheat oven to 350. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Place one wonton wrapper in each muffin cup.
- Crack eggs and whisk. Add other ingredients and stir well.
- Next, use a tablespoon to pour the mixture into the wonton wrapper. Try not to overfill, if you do it’s ok they just don’t get as crispy and are harder to get out of the pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the egg is set to your liking.
